FAQ'S

If you don't find the answer to your question here, please contact us, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you have.

What format of audio will you transcribe?

We handle digital files such as MP3, WAV, and WMA.

How do I send you my digital audio files?

If your file is smaller than 20 MB, you can send it through email. If not, we highly recommend Dropbox. Dropbox is a free file-sharing service. We will create a Dropbox folder for you, and all you have to do is drag and drop any files you want transcribed into your folder. When you put a new file in your folder, we will receive a message that there is a new file. We'll drag and drop the file onto our computer and get right to work on it.

Is it possible for you to download the files from my website, YouTube, Vimeo, iTunes, or other online sites?

Yes, we would be happy to do that for you.

I want to post my transcripts on my website. Will you make me a custom transcript that includes my logo and matches my brand?

Yes! We'll work with you on the formatting until it's exactly what you need.

How do I pay you?

If you are signing up for weekly service, we'll send you an invoice once a month and payment will be due with Venmo, PayPal or check within 30 days. If you just need one or a few files transcribed, we'll send you an invoice after we receive your file(s), and payment will be due before work begins. If you have a bulk order, we'll be happy to work out payment arrangements with you.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Absolutely! We promise 99.9 percent accuracy and on-time delivery or you'll get a full refund.

How Much will my transcript(s) Cost?

The cost of your transcript will be determined by the number of audio minutes you send us. In other words, if you have a 30-minute file, your cost will be 30 times the particular service you request. If you send a 60-minute file, your cost will be 60 times the particular service you request.

How does podcast transcription work?

We can transcribe individual podcasts on an as-needed basis; or if you prefer, we will subscribe to your podcast feed and check for new feeds on a daily basis. Once we see a new file, we will transcribe it and send the transcript to you through email or Dropbox or Google Files within 4-5 business days. If you need it back more quickly, let us know, and we'll do our best to work with you.

Do you transcribe verbatim?

We do not transcribe strictly verbatim. Although we do as little editing as possible to ensure the speaker's intended meaning isn't obscured, we do correct improper grammar, leave out the uh's and um's, recast sentences to make them read more smoothly, and correct misquotes. Transcription accuracy is our main goal.

What else do you do to ensure my intended meaning is clear?

All of your transcripts will be carefully reviewed by a professional transcript proofreader before it is sent to you.

How will my transcript be delivered?

You will receive your transcript as an email attachment, or we can send it to you via email, Dropbox or with Google Files. It can be saved and printed whenever and as many times as you like.

My computer crashed and I lost all my transcripts. Can you send me new copies?

Absolutely! We store files for up to one year. We will be happy to send you copies if needed up until that time frame.

Where are your transcriptionists located?

Our qualified transcriptionists work from home and are located in the USA.

I'm ready to get started now. What do I do?

The first step is to fill out this quick form. After we get your order form, we will contact you to find out what kind of service you need and about getting your audio/video files and how to make your payment. If you have a large order or want weekly service, you'll receive an invoice on a monthly basis and have 30 days to make your payment. If you have a small order, your payment will be due before we begin working. Payments can be made with Venmo or Paypal. You don't have to have a PayPal account in order to make your payment.

Why Podcast Transcription Is Worth It

Podcasts are one of the fastest-growing ways to share ideas, stories, and expertise—but without transcription, much of their potential can remain untapped. By transforming your spoken content into written text, you create new opportunities for growth, visibility, and accessibility.

By Humans - For Humans - why is this important?

Sure, you can do it on your own, but with our affordable rates, we have what it takes to make the difference in quality.Accuracy Beyond Automation - AI struggles with accents, background noise, overlapping speakers, and industry-specific jargon. Human transcribers, on the other hand, can interpret context, understand nuance, and ensure proper spelling of names, brands, and technical terms—delivering transcripts you can rely on.Context Matters- A machine hears words. A human understands meaning. Human transcribers can catch sarcasm, tone shifts, and verbal fillers, and know how to present them clearly in text. They can also differentiate between speakers more reliably, something AI often confuses.Professional Formatting - Humans know how to format transcripts so they’re clean, readable, and professional. From accurate timestamps to clear speaker identification, humans make transcripts usable right away—without the heavy editing often required from AI-generated text.Confidentiality & Care- Unlike AI systems that may store or process your content on third-party servers, professional human transcribers prioritize confidentiality. They approach your podcast with the same care and professionalism as an editor or publisher.Worth the Investment - With AI, you often spend more time fixing errors than you would transcribing yourself. Human transcription gives you a finished, polished document—so you can publish, repurpose, and share your content immediately.

EXPAND YOUR REACH THROUGH SEO

Search engines can’t listen to your podcast episodes, but they can read your transcripts. Every word in your transcript becomes searchable online, making it easier for new listeners to discover your show. With more visibility, your podcast gains a broader audience and a stronger presence in search results.

ACCESSIBILITY AND INCLUSIVITY

A transcript ensures that everyone can enjoy your content, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing. It also helps people who prefer to read instead of listen, or who want to quickly skim your episodes before diving in. Offering a transcript shows professionalism and inclusivity—values that strengthen your connection with your audience.

SAVE TIME AND REPURPOSE CONENT

Your podcast transcript is more than a word-for-word document—it’s a content goldmine. Turn it into blog posts, social media snippets, email newsletters, or even quotes for marketing. Instead of creating new content from scratch, you can repurpose what you’ve already produced, saving time while multiplying your reach.

BOOST ENGAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONALISM

When your listeners can read along, reference a quote, or revisit a key moment, they’re more likely to engage deeply with your content. Transcripts also give journalists, collaborators, and sponsors a professional and easy-to-use resource, which helps position your podcast as credible and polished.

ACCURACY THAT SUPPORTS GROWTH

Detailed, accurate transcripts give you confidence in your content. Whether you’re providing timestamps for reference, identifying speakers, or ensuring your words are clearly captured, transcription creates a reliable record of your work.

RATES

You won't have to edit your transcripts for accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, paragraph breaks...We do it all.I promise 99.9% accuracy and on-time delivery, or I will give you a full refund. If you find the same level of accuracy and quality of service for a better price somewhere else, let me know, and I'll not only match their price but will also transcribe another 30 minutes of audio for you free of charge.
